Monickie Scott is a highly experienced management and fundraising professional with over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector. She has a proven track record of success in developing and executing fundraising strategies that have resulted in significant increases in revenues.

Prior to her role as membership manager for KUNV-FM in the Hank Greenspun School of Journalism and Media Studies, she worked as the operations manager for Yokel Local Digital Marketing Agency where she delivered business strategy and developed systems and procedures to improve operational quality, team efficiency, and increase profit levels.

Before that, she served as the senior underwriting account manager for Las Vegas public radio station KCEP for more than 19 years where she consistently met and exceeded annual goals, planned and executed fundraising events, trained and coached account management professionals, and collaborated with other non-profit organizations throughout the community. In her time at KUNV, she has significantly increased fundraising numbers, implemented successful campaign strategies, and built strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders including donors, volunteers, and community leaders.
