Megan Hullinger, Ph.D

Biography
Originally from Central Illinois, Meg joined the UNLV community in 2008. During her tenure, she has held leadership roles in new student programs, retention and progression, enrollment services, and academic advising.
As the Assistant Dean for Student Success and Undergraduate Programs, Meg oversees the college's academic advising and student success units, curriculum assessment and revision, enrollment management, data analysis, and scholarship administration. Her scholarly research examines policies within higher education and their influence on student achievement, college completion, and overall institutional effectiveness. Meg also serves on the UNLV Faculty Senate Bylaws Committee, Faculty Senate Special Hearing Committee, and Student Conduct Hearing Board.
Outside of her administrative duties, Meg has served as an instructor for general education, business, and research courses on both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Additionally, Meg coordinates graduate internships and provides mentorship in educational leadership, administration, and productivity. Meg continues to lead professional development workshops on organizational change, team dynamics, and performance improvement.
