Lori Johnson is Associate Professor of Law at UNLV’s William S. Boyd School of Law. She teaches legal writing, ethics, and transactional legal skills. Her scholarship explores the intersection of transactional lawyering, rhetoric, and ethics. She is a member of the Editorial Board of the Journal of the Legal Writing Institute, and has been published in various law reviews and legal publications.
