Lital has an extensive background as a community organizer and started their career developing the only prejudice reduction conversation model that has been proven to have a lasting impact on voters. Since then, Lital has spent the last eight years organizing with various communities to improve living conditions; advocate for issues; pass legislative bills; and recruit, train, and develop leaders so they can better participate in public life. Through all this experience, Lital developed a passion for creating better workplace cultures and developing employees in an intentional and caring way. Lital also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Economics from UCLA and is looking forward to applying their Master of Business Administration education towards making a positive impact in employees' satisfaction in their work.
