Hector is currently a Film Major and is a Senator for the College of Fine Arts for CSUN Student Government. His focus in film is media production with a concentration in videography and video editing. He creates various form of content for the appropriate media channel and is currently working for a local doctors office as a video editor. You can also catch him hopping on his colleagues film sets when his schedule allows it.

He has a strong interest in combating social injustices and advocating for first generation and non-traditional college students. He understand the importance of enriching students social capital and the diversification of conversations on college campus. He hopes to help as many students as possible improve their social mobility as a CSUN Senator.
