Hardy is a current Master of Business Administration student with a marketing concentration at Lee Business School with a Bachelor of Science of Hospitality Management also from UNLV. He previously worked for MGM Resorts International for over two years and the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas for over a year. In those roles, he was able to gain industry insights from both the field work and mentorship of company executives in hotel operation and strategy. Prior to moving to Las Vegas, Hardy lived in southern California for a year and a half. He currently works as a graduate assistant at the Department of Marketing and International Business, providing research and course support for department professors. Hardy aims to pursue a career in becoming an academia, planning to apply for doctorate programs in the near future.
