Beth Gersten earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from Duke University in 1996, and a master's degree in college student personnel from Bowling Green State University in 1999. She joined the academic advising community at UNLV in 2010, and has served as assistant dean since 2012. Beth earned her Ph.D. in higher education at UNLV in 2018.
