Allison Sahl is the Director of Faculty Services for the UNLV Office of Faculty Affairs. In this role, she oversees faculty processes such as annual performance reviews, conflict of interest, tenure and promotion, and awards and recognition. She holds a doctoral degree in sociology with a focus on the intersection of gender, work, and family. In addition to her role in the Office of Faculty Affairs, she is also an instructor in the UNLV Department of Sociology.
