Biography

Abraham Lugo is a Senior Undergraduate student majoring in Political Science with a minor in Brookings Public Policy. Having previous rolls as a Senator for the College of Liberal Arts and the Chair for the University Initiatives committee, he sits as UNLV CSUN’s 51st Student Body Vice President.

As a Latinx immigrant and DACA student, Abraham has been continuously involved around the Southern Nevada community through legislative, non-profit, social justice, and interfaith advocacy work, with hopes to represent every community as accurately and inclusively as possible. He most consistently works towards equity among immigrant rights in the U.S., youth-led antiracism work, and becoming a voice for the LGBTQIA+ community.
