Description
Cellular metabolism of carbohydrates, lipids, proteins, vitamins, and minerals, including energy transformation and malnutrition. Role of hormones in regulation of metabolism. This course is crosslisted with NUTR 451, credit at the graduate-level requires additional work.Prerequisites
Enrolled in M.S. Nutrition Sciences Program or consent of instructor.
