Description
Provides background and skill development on the organization, implementation and evaluation of community-based nutrition programs for individuals and communities. A field experience providing an opportunity to observe or assist with screenings, education programs or community events will be required out of class.Prerequisites
NUTR271, NUTR311/311L, NUTR Major Only
