Temp-Hire and HCM Support is kicking off a pooled positions training series on Friday, May 3 with the introductory course, Tips and Tricks - Understanding Pooled Positions.
The training is from 10 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and is designed to equip participants with the knowledge needed to determine the best job type to use when hiring new employees. It will cover the following:
- Transactions surrounding pooled positions
- Differences between pooled and regular positions
- Types of pooled positions
Registration is required for attendance.
The next course is Tips and Tricks - Hiring Pooled Positions from 10 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. on Friday, May 10.
Attendees will receive a step-by-step walk-through for hiring employees into pooled positions, including:
- Creating the pre-hire record
- Entering job details
- Assigning compensation and costing allocation
- Entering personal/demographic information
- Submitting hiring events for review and approval
