Temp-Hire and HCM Support is kicking off a pooled positions training series on Friday, May 3 with the introductory course, Tips and Tricks - Understanding Pooled Positions.

The training is from 10 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and is designed to equip participants with the knowledge needed to determine the best job type to use when hiring new employees. It will cover the following:

  • Transactions surrounding pooled positions 
  • Differences between pooled and regular positions
  • Types of pooled positions

Registration is required for attendance.

The next course is Tips and Tricks - Hiring Pooled Positions from 10 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. on Friday, May 10.

Attendees will receive a step-by-step walk-through for hiring employees into pooled positions, including:

  • Creating the pre-hire record
  • Entering job details
  • Assigning compensation and costing allocation 
  • Entering personal/demographic information 
  • Submitting hiring events for review and approval
