UNLV Moving Services would like to remind campus users to utilize the Moving Services Request Form through the Business Affairs Portal for all moving-related needs. Requests should include details about the required services, including dates, item descriptions, location information, and more.  

Requests should be submitted at least three weeks in advance to ensure services are rendered in accordance with the requesting department’s needs and to allow movers the time to strategize the details of the request.

A Moving Services team member will contact you to schedule or coordinate the move once the request has been reviewed. The department is available to provide estimates and in some cases, may conduct a site visit prior to scheduling or accepting a move.
