Human Resources invites managers with direct reports and those who aspire to become managers to join the Fall 2024 Management Training Academy (MTA) cohort. The program equips participants with essential knowledge and effective management skills to directly enhance work quality, productivity, morale, and engagement.

The nine-week program is presented through a blended learning approach to appeal to diverse learning styles. This includes live in-person and virtual seminars, interactive exercises, educational videos, and online coursework. After completing the program, managers and supervisors gain a solid foundation on which they can build success with their teams. 

Registration for the fall cohort will close on May 10.
