Human Resources is pleased to announce REBELPerform, an online performance evaluation platform for administrative faculty and classified staff launching in January.

HR is committed to making the evaluation process convenient for employees and supervisors as annual performance evaluations are an important part of the employee experience.

All aspects of the process - from self-assessment to final approvals - will be completed in REBELPerform. The system offers a variety of benefits:

• Supervisors will receive notifications about due dates for the upcoming review period 
• Documents will automatically route for review/approval 
• Finalized documents will be stored in the system for quick reference

Training Opportunities

To provide insight into the new platform, HR will host training sessions in the coming months. These sessions are open to administrative faculty, classified staff, and supervisors of these job classifications. Visit REBELearn to register. 

Please note: There are both virtual and in-person training sessions available. Be sure to select the session that aligns with your preferred instruction method.
