Winter Break Housing is available for current resident students. All residence halls close on Saturday, December 16th at 12:00PM. At that time, all access to the residence halls will be disabled for the Winter Break.   

Residents not staying for Winter Break will need to temporarily leave the halls before this time. Residents DO NOT need to remove their belongings from their rooms and should only take what they need for the break period including: clothing, toiletries, IDs/Passport, medication, phone/chargers etc. 

Residents who need to stay for Winter Break must fill-out a Winter Break Request Form at our Main Housing Office in Tonopah North during normal business hours before December 13, 2023. The fee to stay over Winter Break is $30 per night. Residents must stay for continuous dates during the break, either immediately after closing, coming in early for the Spring semester, or staying the entire Winter Break. Please note: The Dining Commons will be closed during Winter Break so meals will not be provided.

Seniors graduating in December 2023 may stay in their rooms until Wednesday, December 20th at 12:00PM at no charge.

Residence Halls will re-open for Spring 2024 on Saturday, January 13th at 8:00AM.
