UNLV will welcome NBA legend and entrepreneur Earvin “Magic” Johnson for the latest installment of the Barrick Lecture Series. "On Business and Basketball" is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. on April 18 at UNLV's Cox Pavilion.

The lecture is free and open to the public but tickets are required. Tickets will be available for UNLV students, faculty, and staff beginning at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, March 27 (a UNLV ID is required at time of pickup). Tickets for the general public will be available starting at 10 a.m. on Friday, March 29.

Tickets are limited to four per person and must be picked up in person at the Thomas & Mack Center Box Office, which is just outside Thomas & Mack Center off University Center Drive and Tropicana Avenue. About Earvin “Magic” Johnson
Earvin “Magic” Johnson is a two-time NBA Hall of Famer, philanthropist, and motivational speaker who founded and serves as chairman and CEO of Magic Johnson Enterprises (MJE). MJE provides products and services that focus primarily on ethnically diverse and underserved urban communities.

The foundation also runs the Taylor Michaels Scholarship Program, which provides hundreds of students from underserved communities with funds to attend college.
