Facilities Management Customers will now be greeted by a new voice when they call 702-895-HELP!
The FM Help Desk has launched Amazon Connect, a new call center system that enhances customer experience and provides opportunities to better share information about call center operations.
Currently, the only differences customers will see is a different greeter voice and improvements to voicemail. Menu options remain the same. In the future, FM will implement additional features and will keep campus informed of any customer-facing impacts.
