As a transfer student you complete your mandatory advising in person or over the phone. Note: you will be allowed to register for classes once you have received advising from our office.

You must schedule an appointment before you come to the Wilson Advising center to be sure an advisor is available and properly prepared to meet with you.

An official evaluation of your transfer credits will be completed by an academic advisor and will be reviewed at your appointment.

Before You Meet with an Advisor

• Know your NSHE Student ID number.
• Activate your RebelMail account.
• Know your passwords to myUNLV and RebelMail accounts.
