About

UNLV’s Real Estate office conducts the real property management activities at UNLV, which requires a significant amount of interaction with the UNLV Foundation, the UNLV Research Foundation, and the Board of Regents Investment and Finance Committee.

UNLV’s senior vice president for finance and business manages approximately 430 acres owned by the Nevada System of Higher Education on behalf of the university. Leases and intergovernmental agreements include about 59,855 square feet of office, studio, classroom, clinic, and research space and about 51 acres of land leased from other property owners. More than 107,500 square feet and 20 acres of property are leased to non-UNLV tenants.
