Retirement Reception in Honor of Professor Daniel C. Benyshek

We cordially invite you to a special reception in honor of Anthropology professor Daniel C. Benyshek as he retires from an illustrious academic career in medical anthropology. His pioneering research on maternal nutrition and child health has advanced our understanding of the developmental origins of health and disease. His research on alternative, complementary, and integrative approaches to postpartum practices has also led to a better understanding of what drives health decisions in new mothers.

Benyshek's passion and dedication have made him a leader in his field, a respected figure among peers, and a cherished mentor to students. As he steps into retirement, his wisdom and collegiality will be greatly missed.

Join us on Friday, April 26, from 3 p.m.-5 p.m. in the Lied Library Goldfield Room

Please RSVP for the event.
