How COVID-19 Changed Us: Compassion, Leadership, and Policy April 2

Join The Lincy Institute in the Greenspun Hall first floor auditorium Tuesday, April 2 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. for the community forum, "How COVID-19 Changed Us: Compassion, Leadership, and Policy." A light reception will precede the event at 8:30 a.m.

Nevada was one of the hardest hit states during the COVID-19 pandemic. Over the past three years, researchers at The Lincy Institute and other institutions collected interviews from 80 Nevada leaders across sectors including elected officials, leaders in education, community organizations, government agencies, and the business community.

Four years after the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, our communities continue to build a resilient and healthy Nevada. This forum will discuss how the crisis prompted us to rethink how we lead and how we can prepare for future challenges. Following a presentation of the project and its deliverables, leaders across sectors will discuss lessons learned and opportunities for collaboration to enhance responsiveness.

This event is free and open to the public. Please RSVP your attendance.
