Biography

Sean Slattery is an ​associate professor in residence in UNLV's Department of Art. Slattery's expertise ranges from digital art and advanced painting, to design fundamentals and visual arts. His work also encompasses comics, drawings, and illustrations. 

Prior to joining UNLV, Slattery served various managerial roles at galleries and museums in Texas. In addition to teaching art at UNLV, Slattery has served as an art handler for notable Las Vegas museums and galleries, including the Guggenheim Hermitage Museum and the Godt-Cleary Gallery.

His work was most recently exhibited in Plural at the Marjorie Barrick Museum of Art at UNLV, A Matter of Personality at the Donna Beam Fine Art Gallery at UNLV, and Tilting the Basin: Contemporary Art of Nevada at the Nevada Museum of Art in Reno.
