Next Application Deadline
The only 2024-2025 application deadline is Thursday, May 23, 2024 by 11:59 p.m.
This will be the only deadline for this academic year. All programs happening between July 1, 2024 and June 30, 2025 must apply by May 23, 2024. The SLFC will meet in June and will award all funds in one meeting.
Funding Eligibility Requirements
- The committee will accept applications from existing and proven successful programs. Success will be defined by student attendance and participation, proven benchmarks, years the program has existed, and how it has benefited the UNLV community
- Must be a UNLV Department to receive funds
- Funding is for programs or services primarily for undergraduate students
- Funding can not be used to fund personnel, salary, or staffing
- Each program will only be eligible for funding once per academic year from this committee, and must reapply each year for funding
- SLFC should not be the sole source of funding for the program
