Associate professor in residence Dr. Sung Kim joined UNLV School of Dental Medicine during summer of 2022 and teaches oral and maxillofacial radiology within the pre-doctoral and post-doctoral residency programs.

Dr. Kim earned his undergraduate degree from University of Colorado at Boulder, doctoral degree from University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine, and certificate in Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology from University of California Los Angeles School of Dentistry.

He is a member of the following professional organizations: the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology, the American Society of Head and Neck Radiology, the Radiological Society of North American, the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology, the American Dental Education Association, and the American Dental Association.
