Nikki has more than 25 years of experience in public accounting, specializing in serving companies in the Power and Utilities and Gaming industries. As a lead client service partner, she has assembled engagement teams and led them through complex integrated audits, debt offerings and acquisitions. While currently based in Las Vegas, Nikki has also had the opportunity to work in the Salt Lake City and Seattle offices.

In addition to her work with clients, as the Las Vegas audit leader, Nikki is passionate about the recruitment, advancement and retention of our people, where she strives to lead and advance our inclusion strategies as well as our overall efforts to foster an inclusive culture that supports the growth and success of all professionals.
