Nicole Solaita is the senior vice president & chief audit executive for Caesars Entertainment. She leads the Regulatory, SOX, AML, and IT Audit Teams, as well as Fraud & Controls and Performance Assurance groups.

A UNLV graduate, with 30 years in the gaming industry, she began her career as an internal auditor for Boyd Gaming. From there she moved on to Governmental/Regulatory roles, first as an agent with the Nevada Gaming Control Board, in both the Audit and Tax & License Divisions, and later as an agent with the IRS BSA/AML Casino group, auditing casino anti-money laundering programs throughout the U.S. She has also held compliance positions with Stations Casinos, first at their Online Gaming subsidiary, Ultimate Poker, and subsequently with their Corporate IT Department.

She started her journey with Caesars Entertainment in 2018 as director of internal audit, was promoted to vice president of internal audit in 2019, and now serves as senior vice president & chief audit executive. She holds CPA, CISA, and CAMS certifications.
