As Executive Director and Chief Marketing Officer, Leslie manages the LMCC (Labor Management and Cooperation Committee) advocating for the Electrical Union and its Union Contractors (IBEW and NECA) and focuses on recapturing market share and business development including but not limited to: facilitating, developing and nurturing strategic relationships in our industry, community and government affairs, marketing, and public relations. She has over 17 years of experience in the construction industry in Las Vegas with a diverse background in business development, government affairs, public relations, marketing and contract management in private, federal and non-profit sectors. This includes a broad range of experience in the Architectural, Engineering and Construction industries which encompasses work with real estate development, construction management, general contracting, engineering firms, and federal government agencies. 

Leslie was recently appointed to the Governor’s Regional Transmission Coordination Taskforce. She serves on the boards of the Public Relations Society of America, the Nevada Professional Facility Managers Association and the UNLV Libraries Latinx Project. She is also part of the UNLV Graduate College Dean’s Leadership Council and UNLV’s 1957 Society and a former member of the UNLV Alumni Legacy Board.
