Lecturer Leonardo Lozano joined the department of Kinesiology and Nutritional Sciences during fall 2016 and teaches introduction to kinesiology and essentials of personal training. Mr. Lozano also serves as the academic advisor for the Kinesiology Club. Lozano earned his undergraduate degree in exercise science and sports psychology from California State University, Long Beach, and his master’s degree in kinesiology with an emphasis in biomechanics from UNLV. He is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and is the Nevada State Director for the NSCA.
