Biography

Larry Alexander, Ph.D., received his doctorate in physiology at the Meharry Medical College School of Medicine, where he later served as an associate professor of physiology and also held positions as chair of the department of professional and medical education and associate dean for curriculum and innovation.

He has also taught at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center El Paso – Paul L. Foster School of Medicine, Midwestern University, and the University of Michigan-Dearborn.

Alexander’s research has appeared in several peer-reviewed journals, including Kidney International and the American Journal of Physiology.
