Director for the advising center, Julie Johnson joined the College of Fine Arts in 2007 after spending several years as an athletic academic advisor. In addition to advising, she has taught classes in English Composition, Literature, University Studies and First Year Experience. Julie was also a visiting professor at The United States Coast Guard Academy. Originally from Boston, she moved to Las Vegas in 1987 and received her B.A. in English/journalism from Westfield State College and her MA in English from UNLV.
