Since joining PwC in 1990 and his admission to the partnership in 2005, John has served companies in a number of industries including gaming and entertainment, technology, consumer products, power generation and construction. John is currently PwC's Las Vegas office managing partner and leads PwC's US Assurance Gaming Practice. During his tenure with PwC, John has also served multi-national companies, including his tenure as global engagement partner for PwC’s services to multiple Fortune 250 companies in the gaming industry. John is highly skilled in services to SEC registrants, including the effective management and continuous improvement of audits, quarterly reviews, and SOX/404 compliance. Additionally, John has experience in revenue recognition, joint ventures, merger and acquisition transactions, private and public debt and equity offerings and income taxes. John is a speaker at numerous industry events and provides subject-matter expertise on accounting and auditing issues. John is also an active member in a number of business activities including serving as a member of one of the AICPA’s Industry Task Forces.
