Jacob Kippen is currently an Student Success Facilitator for UNLV School of Nursing. His role is to support students enrolled in the Traditional BSN Program to see them through degree completion.   

Prior to his promotion to the Student Success Facilitator role, Jacob previously worked as an Administrative Assistant III for the School of Nursing where he supported the faculty and faculty initiatives, the pre-licensure program, the DEMSN program and implemented staff onboarding tools.

He graduated from Northern Arizona University with a degree in Strategic Communications with emphasis in Advertising and Public Relations.  Jacob will be returning to the classroom in the fall of 2024 to pursue a master's degree at UNLV.
