Cristina was born and Raised in Sonora, Mexico. She received a Bachelors of Science in Biology from the University of Sonora with a minor in Marine Ecology; and a post graduate certificate in Sustainable Development form the same institution. Before moving to Las Vegas in 2018, she used to teach sciences in Mexico.  From elementary school to Higher Education, Cristina always had a passion for scientific divulgation and often participated in programs and symposiums that promoted scientific research and its applications.
