Required Hiring Documents

Certain documents are required to establish a minimum record of employment for the payroll office. Hiring departments are responsible for collecting these documents from the employee and submitting them to the office of human resources.

In addition, if you are hiring an Academic/Administrative Faculty, Postdoctoral Scholar, and/or an employee on a Letter of Appointment with Benefits, you will need to schedule that employee for Benefits Orientation by contacting Human Resources at 702-895-3504. All benefits eligible employees must go through Benefits Orientation, or risk having their benefits defaulted. Benefits Orientation classes are held every Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. We recommend that the employee attend orientation on or before their first day.
