Whether you are on campus or at home, virtual health care provider visits, (also known as telehealth services) are available to us. This service provides medical consultation via smartphone, tablet or computer through live video anytime, from anywhere. The services can address non-life threatening and non-urgent medical conditions, concerns, questions, or wellness education/counseling needs you may have. Health care providers who consult virtually can issue prescription drugs for a variety of acute care items and can call the prescription in to your pharmacy.
To ensure that the correct co-payment is charged for the virtual visit, please ensure that your health insurance information is entered when the online account is created via the mobile app or on the computer.
