For Conference Housing Rooms
Personal care items (excluding soap and toilet paper) are not provided. Please see the UNLV Bookstore, P.O.D. Market in the Student Union, or surrounding convenience stores if items need to be purchased.
For Guest Suites
Personal care items (excluding soap, shampoo, and toilet paper) are not provided, however your suite is outfitted with a microfridge unit, alarm clock, floor lamp, iron and ironing board, and hair dryer. Please see the UNLV Bookstore, P.O.D. Market in the Student Union, or surrounding convenience stores if additional items need to be purchased.
For Intern Housing
Personal care items (including toilet paper) are not provided. Please see the UNLV Bookstore, P.O.D. Market in the Student Union, or surrounding convenience stores if items need to be purchased.
Food Service
An extensive array of food service options are provided in the Hazel M. Wilson Dining Commons. Conference housing guests are encouraged to take advantage of this convenient, low-cost food service for breakfast, lunch and dinner Monday through Friday, and brunch and dinner on Saturday and Sunday. All meals are all-you-care-to-eat.
Additionally, retail options are located in nearby buildings including the Student Union and Student Recreation & Wellness Center. For more information on all on-campus dining options, please visit UNLV Dining’s website .
Individuals with group accommodations should check with their group contact to verify if food service has been pre-arranged.
Housekeeping
Housekeeping services are provided in public hallways, restrooms, and lounge areas. Daily housekeeping in guest suites and conference housing rooms are not available.
Internet Connections
Hardline, wired access is available to all of our guests for a nominal fee (access in guests suites are free). You may activate your connection during the check-in process, during which you will receive a username and password. Internet connections for groups can be made in advance and, if arranged by the group contact, be placed on the group invoice. Wireless is not available in conference housing at this time.
Laundry Services
Guests have access to laundry facilities, which require RebelCash. Using a VTS (Value Transfer Station) machine found in Dayton, Tonopah, the Student Union or Student Recreation & Wellness Center, cash can be deposited on your guest access card.

Linen and Towels
For visitors in guests suites or group accommodations with pre-arranged linen service, your accommodations will be outfitted with bed linen and towels.
Conference housing groups staying five days or longer are eligible for a free linen exchange. Old linen can be brought to the conference housing desk between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. for fresh linen and towels. For groups staying less than five days, a linen exchange can be pre-arranged for a fee. This cost varies according to the group’s size. Individuals with group accommodations should check with their group contact to verify if this service has been pre-arranged.
Lost and Found
If you should lose any personal belongings during your visit, please feel free to contact us. Any items that are recovered after your departure are placed into the lost and found until the end of the conference season. At the end of each conference season (mid-August), all unclaimed items are donated to charity.

Maintenance
If you have concerns with the condition of your room or you find something in need of repair, please report it to the conference housing office. The building services staff will correct the problem as soon as possible.
Message Service
Messages for guests may be left at the Conference Housing Office. The messages will be posted on the guest message board located in Tonopah Hall. Anyone needing to leave a message may call the front desk at 702-774-STAY (702-774-7829) during August through early May or 702-895-5777 during late May through July. In an emergency, we will make every attempt to locate the guest. To protect our guests' privacy we will not give out information over the telephone and will only take a message to be relayed to the Guest.
Parking
All guests must have a valid parking pass to park on the UNLV Campus or park in a metered stall. Passes can be purchased ahead of time from UNLV Parking Services or upon check-in. Individuals with group accommodations should check with their group contact if parking passes have been pre-arranged.
Parking is enforced Monday – Thursday, 7 a.m. – 7 p.m., and Friday, 7 a.m. – 1 p.m. Parking for reserved, handicapped, or resident stalls are enforced 24/7.
Student Union & Event Services assumes no responsibility for any parking tickets received while on the UNLV Campus.
Recreation
Guests have access to the Student Recreation and Wellness Center (SRWC) at discounted rates. The SRWC houses some of the latest recreation and fitness equipment and facilities, as well as a full schedule of classes and programs. For more information, please inquire at the Conference Housing Office upon check-in.
Security
The residence hall main entrances are equipped with electronic locks which are secured 24 hours per day. Access may be gained only at the main entrance of each residence hall by using your room card given at check-in. Side entrances are magnetically locked to prevent the doors from being opened from the outside and being blocked open from the inside. The side entrances will automatically unlock during a fire alarm. For your safety, we ask that you do not prop open main entrance doors or allow persons without room cards to enter the building.
Telephones
Telephones are provided in each Guest Suite and room. Incoming calls can be received and local or toll-free calls may be placed at no charge to the Guest. Long distance calls may only be placed using a calling card.
Television Lounges
Television lounges are located on the first floor in Tonopah Hall and Dayton Complex. Basic cable service is provided free of charge in these spaces. Additionally, Guest Suites are outfitted with a television and cable TV in each sitting room.
Vending and Change Machines
Vending machines offering a wide variety of both food and drinks are located on the first floors of each building. Change machines are located in the Conference Housing Office. ATMs can be found on campus at the main entrance to the Student Union and the Lied Library.
