Private Lessons are a great way to set individual goals and have one-on-one attention from an instructor. Our certified Water Safety Instructors work within each individual's or partners' schedules to offer the most convenient option for learning to swim or updating your skills. Sessions are 30 minutes in length and for SRWC Members only. If a partner package is purchased, swimmers must be near the same ability level.
- Communicate between the hours of 9 a.m. and 8 p.m.
- Respond to all messages and calls in a timely manner.
- Always be prepared and on time to lesson.
- Communicate Swimming Goals with Instructor.
- Arrive on time and understand if you are late that time will be deducted from your lesson time.
- Invest in the experience with the instructors.
- 24 hour notice of Cancellation is required. If not given it will count as a lesson.
- Be a current member of the SRWC throughout the duration of lessons/ lesson package.
- Use lessons in the year following when they are purchased.
Schedule
Once you have completed your registration, you will be paired with an instructor based on the availability you provided. The instructor will then contact you and together you will plan your lesson dates and times. Please note that by offering greater availability, the pairing process with an instructor increases. You and your instructor will plan your first lesson and date. On the first day of lessons, please come in 30 minutes early to make payment and complete the registration process. Please do not make payment prior to the date of your first lesson.

Pricing
All Private Swim clients must be SRWC members for the duration of lessons. To access the facility, all members must have either a UNLV issued Rebel Card or a Community Access Card. There is a one-time fee of $20 for a Community Access Card. For more information, go to the Membership Options page.
