Desiree Reed-Francois (Athletics) has been recognized by the publication Diverse Issues in Higher Education as one of its "Top 25 Women in Higher Education." In its annual special report the publication recognized women who were selected for making a difference in higher education by tackling some of its toughest challenges, exhibiting extraordinary leadership skills, and making a positive difference in their respective communities.
