Mental Wellness Drop-In Workshops
College can be a stressful time for everyone.
You may be faced with new experiences both in and out of the classroom that can feel overwhelming! The UNLV Wellness Zone and Student Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) works together to offer FREE workshops throughout the week addressing a variety of topics like:
- Stress Management 101
- Coping With Distress
- Assertiveness Skills
- Becoming an Adaptive Perfectionist
- Cultivating Resilience through Mindfulness

Special Presentations
The UNLV Wellness Zone staff has a variety of 60-minute presentations for your classroom or student group that address loneliness and getting connected on campus.
Therapy Assisted Online
TAO (therapy assistance online) is an online library of engaging, interactive resources to help manage anxiety, depression and other common concerns. In TAO self-help, you can watch short videos and complete skill building exercises. TAO can help you quickly learn new skills that have a lasting impact.TAO is free for all UNLV students, faculty, and staff.
