UNLV Passport Office

The UNLV Passport Office is a full-service facility open to the community. It is capable of processing U.S. passport applications and printing pictures on site.

You May Make an Appointment If:

  • Applying for your first U.S. passport
  • Previous U.S. passport was issued when you were under age 16
  • Previous U.S. passport was lost, stolen, or damaged
  • Previous U.S. passport was issued more than 15 years ago
  • Your name has changed since your U.S. passport was issued and you are unable to legally document your name change

How to Get Started

  1. Fill out the application online.
  2. Bring the necessary proof of citizenship and proof of identity for adults, minors 16 or 17, or minors under 16.
  3. Bring applicable fees for adults, minors 16 or 17, or minors under 16.
  4. Come to SSC-A to take your photos (if needed) and complete the application process.
    1. $15 for community members
    2. $10 for Nevada System of Higher Education students
