Welcome to our Bachelor of Science in Public Health program! This page will guide you through your program with information including your plan of study, degree worksheets, internship and externship information, course rotations, and more.

Plan of Study

Your plan of study has been created by our undergraduate coordinator to help guide you through the completion of our program within four years. Use it as a reference when deciding your class schedule with your academic advisor.

Degree Program Worksheets

Your degree program worksheet outlines the required and elective courses needed to graduate based on your year of entry into the program. These are best used with your plan of study, the course rotation guide and in conversation with your advisor.

Three-Year Course Rotation

Below is the three-year class schedule for the courses offered by the Department of Environmental and Occupational Health. The schedule below should be used as a reference for when classes are expected to be offered. Check with this document and your advisor when creating your individualized degree plan.

Advising

The Advising Center is your primary point of contact throughout your program. Advisors are excited to meet with you to help plan and achieve your goals including oversight of admissions, progression through the program, and graduation. You are encouraged to see an advisor for all general education requirements.

Beyond the Classroom

We recognize that personalized and hands-on experiences are imperative to students’ educations and future careers, which is why we highly encourage you to become involved outside of the classroom. For more information on becoming involved in an internship or externship, please contact Charles Regin at 702-895-0856 or charles.regin@unlv.edu.
