Biography

Robert Moretti was born in Providence, RI. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bryant University in Smithfield, Rhode Island and his Master of Business Administration from UNLV. He has been married for 30 years and is a father of 5.

Robert’s 40-year career was dedicated to the finance and gaming industries. He began his career in finance as a staff accountant at Ovid L. Monticelli. Robert brought innovation to the field of gaming. He co-founded and served as the executive vice president and COO of Las Vegas Dissemination, a Nevada Gaming licensed horse racing disseminator and pari-mutuel hub system for the Nevada gaming industry and Foxwoods Resort Casino in Connecticut.

Robert contributed to the implementation of computer technology, live televised horse racing signals, and pari-mutuel betting in the Nevada horse racing and casino industry. He negotiated a groundbreaking agreement between Las Vegas Dissemination and the Hong Kong Jockey Club, allowing horse racing fans in the United States to enter into pari-mutuel commingled wagering on all races from Hong Kong for the first time ever.
