Biography

Lana Morgan Kojoian, 19, from Los Angeles, California, attended Hamilton High School Music Academy before transferring to the Las Vegas Academy of the Arts (Class of 2020). Although Ms. Kojoian’s first love was musical theater, having starred in Hairspray, Little Shop of Horrors, and several others, she found her true calling when she participated in Clark County Law Foundation’s Trial by Peers program. It was during her time with Trial by Peers where she discovered her passion for the law. Ms. Kojoian joined the UNLV Mock Trial team as a freshman and was awarded a Best Attorney Award at the American Mock Trial Association’s Regional Competition, and more recently, was awarded a Best Witness Award at the Wlodarczyk Invitational at San Diego State University. Ms. Kojoian hopes to advance her adjudicatory skills as an Associate Justice at CSUN. In her free time, Ms. Kojoian is an avid, award-winning amateur ballroom dancer, Captain of UNLV's Mock Trial Team, President of UNLV's Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law Fraternity, Vice President of UNLV's OPAC, Scheduling Liaison of UNLV's Ignite, and Historian of EWB, in addition to various other organizations and RSOs.
