Eddie Estrada is a Graduate Research Assistant for the Public Communication Initiative and UNLV. He is a graduate student in public affairs within the School of Public Policy and Leadership. He hopes to broaden his scope of research particularly surrounding healthcare equity and will utilize his prior degrees and apply communication strategies across multiple fields. He previously worked with the State of Nevada, the City of Mesquite, and the Clark County Fire Department. He received his Bachelor of Public Administration degree in 2015 from San Diego State University. Additionally, he received his master's degree in public administration from UNLV’s School of Public Policy and Leadership in 2022.
