Biography

Brooke earned a bachelor of science degree in business management with an emphasis in information systems from the University of Nevada, Reno. Brooke is currently enrolled in the Boyd School of Law as well as the Lee Business School and expects to graduate with both her J.D. and M.B.A. in May 2022. As a student, Brooke is President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Association, Vice President of the Intellectual Property Law Society, and the Notes Editor for the Gaming Law Journal.

Brooke values involvement and helping the Las Vegas community. She currently volunteers with the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada as an educational advocate and eviction prevention program volunteer to help both special needs children in the foster care system and Las Vegas residents facing eviction in the current crisis.

Mediation Philosophy

Brooke was trained in the facilitative method of mediation. Using this approach, Brooke provides a process in which parties may have an open dialogue with each other with the goal of reaching a mutually beneficial solution. The facilitative approach is one that is adaptable in response to the parties' needs and circumstances.
