Amy Pouricau has more than 15 years of experience in the areas of human resources, organizational development, and training. She has worked for a broad range of organizations, including a Fortune 500 Company with more than 70,000 employees, as well as specialized private practice consulting firms. In these capacities, Amy’s responsibilities included a range of expertise including talent management, human resources, employee training and development, management and supervisory training, strategic planning, change management, and large-scale communication initiatives. Amy holds a Bachelor of the Arts in Communication Studies from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas as well as a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership and Learning from The George Washington University.
