New Employee's Pledge

This pledge confirms my commitment to build, support, and maintain a meaningful relationship with my Peer Guide.

I know that a good relationship with my Peer Guide can be helpful and valuable to me as I begin my UNLV career. So, I promise to do the following things to the best of my ability.

  • I will meet with my Peer Guide for at least 30-60 minutes 4 times (once each month) over the course of the 4-month program relationship commitment period.
  • I will check in periodically with my Peer Guide during the 4-month program period.
  • I will complete Peer Connections Program surveys.
  • I will contact the Peer Connections Program Committee chair if I feel uncomfortable in any way with my Peer Guide.
