Our guitar concerts began in the 2005-6 concert season as part of a dynamic partnership between the UNLV Performing Arts Center and the Fort Worth Classic Guitar Society/Allegro Guitar Society of Dallas, supported by gifts from Dr. Mitchell Forman. Dr. Forman is an osteopathic physician and was the founding dean and professor of medicine at Touro University Nevada College of Osteopathic Medicine.

The concerts are presented primarily in intimate spaces. Since the programming is geared to a general audience, you don’t have to be a connoisseur to enjoy these aural delights. Let these amazing guitarists dazzle and entertain you.
