Help us understand how your child processes language, music, and other sounds!

We are the UNLV Music Lab, and we do research on how children respond to and learn about language and music. To be eligible, your child must be between 4 - 5 years old, have no visual or hearing deficits, and no developmental or neurological disorders. Come visit us and contribute to science while also having a blast! During your visit, we will ask your child questions about how speech- or song-like they consider certain sounds and their musical interests while playing engaging games. Your child will receive a prize (toy or Music Lab T-shirt) for participating, and you will receive a $10 Amazon gift card. The study should take no more than 1.5 hours (plus the time it takes for you to complete a short online questionnaire before the study).
